At Bernstein Management Corporation we make it a priority to give back to the communities in which we operate, which is why we are excited to share our involvement with the Washington Housing Conservancy. Through the Washington Housing Conservancy, which serves as a partner to the Washington Housing Initiative, we are able to directly impact our community and ensure that affordable workforce housing does not disappear. The Washington Housing Conservancy and Washington Housing Initiative allow for the use of private capital for public good. Focused on the long-term, the Washington Housing Conservancy is a non-profit that will acquire, own and operate real estate with the goal of preserving or creating 2-3,000 affordable housing units over time in the DC region.
