On February 22, 2018, BDC Properties LLC (“BDC Properties”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary BDC Burtonsville II LLC, closed on a 28,000 square foot office building, located at 3915 National Drive, Burtonsville, Maryland (the “Property”) within the Burtonsville Office Park. With its purchase of the Property, BDC Properties now owns and controls the entire 145,000 square foot, 11-acre office complex.
