Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC), a regional leader in real estate management and investment, is pleased to welcome Rebecca Snyder as Chief Operating Officer. This newly created role represents a significant milestone in BMC's continued growth and commitment to operational excellence. "As Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca will ultimately oversee the Residential, Commercial, Marketing and Human Resources functions. She will additionally provide strategic direction and management for BMC's portfolio of 5,800+ multifamily units and 4.0 million square feet of commercial assets located across the Washington DC metropolitan area.
“With over 22 years of diverse experience in the real estate sector, Rebecca possesses a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of leadership spanning community management, sales, portfolio and asset management and development. Most recently, Rebecca served as Executive Vice President at Brookfield Properties, where she led operations for a 35,000-unit multifamily portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. Her earlier leadership roles include oversight of development and asset management for more than 5,000 multifamily units with Strategic Property Partners, Insight Property Group and Archstone.

Rebecca holds a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University.
