BERNSTEIN MANAGEMENT CORPORATION EXPANDS NORTHERN VA COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO WITH ACQUISITION OF RESTON CROSSING

Washington D.C., December 11, 2024 – An investment affiliate of Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC), a regional leader in real estate investment and management, has expanded its commercial portfolio with the acquisition of Reston Crossing, a 334,142 square foot Class-A office complex on 13.9 acres. It is currently 54% leased and consists of two buildings located at 2001 and 2003 Edmund Halley Drive in Reston, Virginia, just off Reston Parkway and the Dulles Access Road (Route 267). Reston Crossing includes future development potential with entitlements in place for the addition of new office, residential and retail space.

Reston Crossing was built in 1998 and underwent extensive renovations in 2015 that include EV charging stations, lobby improvements, an onsite café with outdoor lounge and fitness center. BMC is also planning to make immediate signage upgrades and add a new conference center. The property offers clients an excellent location for access to tech talent, as well as a direct connection to Metro and the extensive retail and restaurant amenities of Reston Town Center via pedestrian bridge. Additionally, it is adjacent to the Halley Rise mixed-use development which includes Wegmans (opened in 2021) and additional planned development.

In addition to Reston Crossing, BMC’s presence in Reston and Herndon includes 11600 Sunrise Valley Drive, Parkridge I at 10800 and 10802 Parkridge Boulevard and Dulles Corporate Center at 13755 Sunrise Valley Drive in Herndon.
