On November 30, 2016, an investment affiliate of Bernstein Management Corporation purchased 4250 Connecticut Avenue, NW (“4250”), a 202,000 square foot office building with ground floor retail, from Fannie Mae. Built in 1982, 4250 is located along Connecticut Avenue in the Van Ness neighborhood next to the Van Ness-UDC Metro Station on the Red Line, as well as the Uptown campus of the University of the District of Columbia. It is also near a commercial corridor which includes a CVS/Pharmacy and Giant Food grocery store.
