At Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC), water conservation is a top priority. Since 2020, the efforts of BMC’s sustainability team have resulted in a 6% annual reduction in water consumption across the 5,000+ unit residential portfolio, or about 9 million gallons per year.<\/p>\n

This significant improvement can be largely attributed to fixture replacement efforts at several properties including 2100 Connecticut<\/a> – which has realized a 58% reduction in daily water use – and at Highview and Castle Manor<\/a> – which has seen a 33% reduction in daily water use.<\/p>\n
