An investment affiliate of Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) recently acquired 12050 Baltimore Avenue in Beltsville, Maryland. The 92,285 square foot office/warehouse property was constructed in 1987 and is 87% occupied by tenants, including T-Mobile and NCR Corporation. The property is located adjacent to 12000 Baltimore Avenue, an existing property owned by a BMC affiliate.
