Bernstein Management makes 1st Acquisition and Development Deal in Arlington County, Virginia

On June 27, 2010, Bernstein Development Corporation and Crimson Urban, Inc., an affiliate of Crimson Partners, purchased a development site in the Ballston/Virginia Square submarket of Arlington, Virginia. The site is located at 3901 North Fairfax Drive and the venture is looking to develop 185,000 square feet of commercial space with 255 underground parking spaces. In addition, the development will include a community ”black box” theater and an urban plaza at the corner of North Quincy and North Fairfax Drive.
